Dehradun Student Murder: Police Arrest Five, Rule Out Racial or Conspiracy Angle

The SSP stated that the arrests were made following sustained investigation, examination of evidence, and questioning of those involved. Law enforcement agencies are continuing efforts to track down the remaining accused, with teams deployed at multiple locations and surveillance being intensified.
